Steady amount of food mean eating diet which is full of nutritions and taking food at proper timings. One should make proper schedule for eating habits. Dieting is not mean to be recommended till we are still growing, when quantity food is not good the body therefore stunting the growth, if someone want to lose weight, he should decrease the amount of fats in food, sugar and carbohydrates should be taken in less amount, but take sufficient amount of food from remaining which should be in healthy in nutrients. Playing sports help in losing the weight, but must make the most out of adolescence if want to grow taller. Food which is rich of protein, vitamins, carbohydrate is very important for normal moderate growing and how to grow taller? Along with this taking diet at time is also important factor. Because the cells of our body require energy to work properly, so food work as fuel for them by using food they convert it into mechanical energy. Food which has high cholesterol level should be avoided because they are main cause of many severe diseases. Good eating habits help in maintain the growth of the body. Balance diet is very much important because it has fibers, calcium, vitamins etc. as is protein if food help in making the antibodies of the body which help in defense mechanism.
